YIM offers many options for employers to become and stay involved:
Our national Top 20 Under 20 program seeks to partner with leading companies and employers across all sectors. We partner with the current leaders of Canada’s workforce to enhance our organization’s efforts to support and develop this country’s next generation of leaders.
Community-minded employers can provide work placements for our youth with employment barriers program. These placements are full-time, with minimum wage paid. Our participants develop skills and gain key experience to beat their barriers and successfully join the workforce.
Employee engagement opportunities are another option. We welcome expressions of interest from potential mentors in our various programs, volunteer board members and/or committee members.
