What COLOUR is your personality?
With Donna Sparkes
"Successful people know who they are and what their True Colours are... when you know what your core values and needs are and feel good about them, you can perform at your highest potential in every area of life. And when you share a working, mutual understanding of other’ core values and needs, you have the basis to communicate, motivate, and achieve common goals with utmost dignity, efficacy, and mutual respect."
-Don Lowry, creator of True Colours
So WHO are you? What are your strengths?
These questions are a great starting point, and I’ve got a great tool to help you begin your discovery of the answers: True Colours™.
In this workshop we’ll be using True Colours™ to help you discover the True Colour of your personality. This tool has been around for a long time, is grounded in scientific theory, is easy to remember and use right away, and it’s really a lot of fun!
Are you blue, orange, gold or green? Knowing the answer to this question will help you:
- Increase your understanding of yourself and others.
- Understand your “comfort zone” and know why that’s important.
- Learn how to appreciate the differences in others.
- Interact better with others.
- Build your communication skills.
- Create a more harmonious and productive environment at home and at work.
- Have fun learning about why you are the way you are.

She has designed and delivered training, facilitated workshops, coached her colleagues, collaborated with many teams, poked and prodded and generally stuck her nose in many areas of learning, communications and performance improvement.
By working in her strengths, Donna is a proven initiator and strategist employing effective communication, leadership, and creative thinking. She is a natural change agent who excels at building relationships, motivating and collaborating. And yet her brothers still think she’s a pain in the butt.
